Happy Thanksgiving!

I know I haven't posted in a while. This time of year as the year comes to a close
I start reflecting on my goal and accomplishment. Sadly I start out with many great intentions and dreams but have a hard time following through with things even the simple things. I am here today. Here with a THANKFUL heart, counting my blessings instead of name off things on my to-do list. I have so much to be thankful for...

Family-I am so blessed to have a great family. Parents that are a great example of hard work, diligence. Two  strong willed brothers that teach me about loving unconditionally everyday. My sisters and her sweet family.

I have amazing in-laws, grandparents, a supportive husband and an adventure finding 3 year old. So blessed...

My job. it isn't my dream job but it provides for you family-our needs and wants

A calling. Primary Secretary. I love the testimony of the sweet children. I am amazed at the testimonies and knowledge of the gospel. I love being around the people that were most recently with our Father in Heaven.

Creativity. I might have a hard time accomplishing everything but I love dreaming.I have been sewing...maybe I should post pictures. I just finish sewing Keaton an apron for Christmas. I have 10 baby blankets waiting to warm a little bundle joy. (No we are not pregnant)

The Temple. The Boise Temple was rededicated last Sunday. It is beautiful. I am so grateful to have the temple open so closely again. Cody and I have been traveling to Twin. I have developed a connection with the Twin Falls Temple-I love it. I am excited to drive 2 minutes down the street. What a blessing to live in the Stake the temple is in.

These are a few of my favorite thought on Thanksgiving, word from our dear Prophet!

Do we remember to give thanks for the blessings we receive? Sincerely giving thanks not only helps us recognize our blessings, but it also unlocks the doors of heaven and helps us feel God’s love.

My beloved friend President Gordon B. Hinckley said, “When you walk with gratitude, you do not walk with arrogance and conceit and egotism, you walk with a spirit of thanksgiving that is becoming to you and will bless your lives.”

Happy Thanksgiving!!!!!
